Pricing, Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can purchase a Subscription Service of your choice for any category(ies) of content by following instructions on the Platform (NNL One App or https://nnlone.com/ website) and making the payment applicable for the Subscription you intend to purchase. Please read the below terms applicable for the purchase of your Platform Subscription. The below terms are to be read with any other terms communicated to you at the time of purchase of your Subscription: You agree to pay all Subscription fees and charges that are attributable to your account on the Platform and that you are solely responsible for payment of these fees and charges. The Subscriptions are payable in full and in advance and are valid until the completion of the applicable Subscription Period or until otherwise cancelled or terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. We reserve the right to change/revise the pricing of the Subscriptions. We further reserve the right to offer custom plans and pricing (including discounts and / or special offers) in addition to what is offered on the Platform, which include offering custom billing and payment terms, that are different from our standard terms. Please note that all Subscription payments are collected by NNL One App only through the Platform and not through any third parties (except Third-Party Service Provider(s)). We do not usually authorize any third party (except Third-Party Service Provider(s)) to collect monies on our behalf; however, if we have authorized any third party then such third party will have received a written authorization from NNL One either by way of any agreement or an authorization letter. Kindly verify with such third party before you make any payments to them, alternatively, you can always check with us by writing to us at email address provided under the 'Contact for User Support/Queries' section below. Further, NNL One is solely authorized to offer discounts / offers, if any, on the Subscription prices. These discounts / offers are communicated on the Platform or via direct communication to you from NNL One via email, SMS, phone, or such other means of communication, and can be availed only through the Platform, unless otherwise specifically communicated by NNL One. Other than NNL One, no person, including without limitation, Content Providers or any third-party platform, are allowed to offer any discounts on the Subscription prices offered on the Platform. NNL One shall not be liable for any claims arising from such unauthorized discounts / offers offered by any person (including any third-party platform or Content Provider), other than NNL One.

Any payments made to NNL One in respect of Services are subject to the payment terms of NNL One as will be notified to You once You initiate the process to become a Subscribed User. The Fee including GST and any delivery charges payable in relation to the delivery of hard copy or electronic versions of document-based Study materials, if applicable, will be shown prior to completion of the online payment transaction. In the unlikely event that, due to a technical error, the amount of the Fee displayed on the Platform is incorrect, NNL One will notify You as soon as it reasonably can. If the correct amount of the Fee is higher than the amount displayed on the Platform, NNL One will contact You through your registered e-mail address and/or phone number to notify You of the correct Fee. To avail of all Services for the duration of the Subscription, You may be required to remit any additional fees such that the correct Fee is paid by you. NNL One hereby notifies You that NNL One uses third-party payment gateway service providers to process payments made by You towards the Service subscription. It is hereby clarified that NNL One will not be responsible for any payment failures or errors occurring due to technical issues at the bank's end or issues arising from the third payment gateway and all such issues should be resolved directly between You and the banking or payment gateway partner concerned. The provision of the online tutorials forming part of the Services is contingent upon NNL One having received cleared funds from You in respect of the Fee for the relevant Service subscription. Without prejudice to NNL One's rights and remedies under these Terms of Use, if any sum payable is not paid on or before the due date, NNL One reserves the right, forthwith and at NNL One's sole discretion, to suspend Your access to the Services and refuse You entry to the course You intended to avail as part of the subscription to the Platform.

NNL One does not accept cancellation requests. Please take a look at our FREE video lectures/tests to check the complete system. Also while ordering a book/study material make sure you select the correct book/study material and type in the correct address. Once the customer/student has made the payment, NNL One will not accept a cancellation request.

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is not entitled to any refund. We recommend you first take to check the complete system and then decide to make a payment. In the case of books/study materials if the product received is damaged/lost by the courier partner, the student is entitled to a complete refund. However, in case of the wrong address given or books/Study Material not being accepted by the student, the purchase will not be entitled to any kind of refund.
